On the flood plains of Langhorne Creek, Frank Potts planted Verdelho cuttings from the Isle of Madeira in the 1860s. Today, Bleasdale's Verdelho is fast emerging as one of Langhorne Creek's most savoury and pleasant drink now whites. An estery lifted fruit wine in a dry and unwooded style, crisp, refreshing with zippy acidity, fruit salad flavours and grassiness.
