	No.29 is a small volume, handcrafted wine from fruit grown to choice vineyards which can demonstrate personality. Mostly Cabernet with a third of Shiraz, owing its very existence to a perfect growing season, only ever produced in vintages delivering outstanding quality grapes for the crafting of superior wines. The range of expression on offer from vineyards along the salubrious Yarra Valley present Sticks with an opportunity to weave a finely textured Cabernet Shiraz with compelling dark fruit characters, a plush, plum lined palate and velvet tannins Yarra Valley
	Each $29.99 Dozen $359.88	The Sticks winemaking operation grew out of the eminent Yarra Ridge estate vineyards and wineworks. A passion is shared by all of the Sticks team for crafting wines from fruit grown to premium cool climate vineyards in the picturesque Yarra Valley. The primary hurdle in determining whether to release No.29 is in classifying a vintage which can be characterised by ripe tannin development and fruit intensity for both Cabernet and Shiraz. Parcels grown to sites on the Upper Yarra differ from those lower down the Valley floor, offering great scope for the construct of intensely flavoured small batch wines. The various micro climates in the valley impact the style of fruit and subsequently the quality of No.29. Alcohol 13.5%
	Deep crimson red. Mulberries, blackberry and black currant bouquets. Savoury spices, freshly roasted coffee and dark chocolate make for a complex wine. A palate of ripe berries and currant, long, fine grained tannins adding structure and finesse. A medium weighted and firmly structured wine, striking the balance between strength, palate weight and cool climate elegance. "A bright, black nose of bramble, licorice and cherry before a thick palate of plums and tinned strawberry compotes, olive and supple spice within a framework of polished cocoa/ cedar oak.
