Moët et Chandon assemble over 150 crus from the House's own vineyard as well grapes acquired from the best growers in Champagne. The three constituent varietals, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, continue to be the wine's mainstay, offering their complementary features and inimitable synergy. The final assemblage of vintage wines is critical in determining Moët et Chandon's distinctive style. It is largely during this phase of the production process that a unifying character emerges, the complete, well rounded and radiant personality which distinguishes Moët et Chandon
