A lively, fruit driven table white, balanced and classically dry, with an envigorating twist of natural acidity. Lindemans make sure there are no compromises in the vineyard or winery, when it comes to producing a low kilojoule crisp dry white. Inspired by the modern trend into forward drinking, contemporarily styled fresh, fruit driven wines, Lindemans hand select a collation of the finest harvests from the best vineyards. Early Harvest are vinified from the first picked grapes of vintage to create a wine naturally lower in carbohydrates and alcohol. Only those parcels which can express essential flavour profiles, elegance and intensity, are selected. Grapes are inoculated by neutral yeast and treated to a cool, temperature controlled vinification, capturing the crisp fruit flavours. Alcohol 8.5%

Light pale straw with green hues. Bouquet shows lifted citrus and tropical fruits. Ripe, generous citrus and tropical fruit flavours linger on the palate, balanced by a clean, refreshing acidity.

Early Harvest are crafted with the first pick of the season, from fruit grown to highly specialised vineyards, a new and refreshing style that's naturally lower in calories and alcohol than normal dry whites. Planning of the vineyard and selection of clonal types are the key to fashioning this style of wine. Premium sites along the Murray Darling deliver Semillon and Sauvignon with ripeness and juiciness, the early picked grapes contribute impressive acid structure to support the fruit driven qualities, enhancing the crisp flavours in this satisfying, modest alcohol, low kilojoule wine.
