	Each $19.99 Dozen $239.88	Since debut, Lake Breeze has developed a reputation for producing concentrated red wines with an abundance of fruit and soft tannins. A full bodied Cabernet wine from thirty to forty year old vines grown to the Follett family vineyard. The old vines, which are dry grown, rely on winter flooding of the Bremer River, vital to carry the vines through the dry summer months as Langhorne Creek only receives very little rain. Traditional open fermentation was employed with maceration times varying between seven to twenty-one days. The wine was matured in a combinataion of French and American oak barriques for twenty months prior to bottling with minimal filtration. Approx 14.5%
	Magnificent red in the glass, velvety appearnace, lovely robes of scarlet. Lake Breeze exudes a complex array of mint, blackcurrant and subtle oak aromas. These characters are also reflected on the palate, which has silky texture and a wonderfully soft tannin finish. "Bitter chocolates and sour astringent cherry on the palate, the chantilly creamyness of oak, the liqueur of red fruits, the sweetness of concentrated fruit, very like a black forest cake.
