Flametree is a young and most remarkable little estate which is enjoying a meteoric rise to fame, transpiring solely on the basis of quality and unprecedented trade show success at national competitions. A mostly Cabernet Sauvignon wine with a third of Merlot from fruit grown to the Karridale and Carbunup appellations of the Margaret River region. 	Each $19.99 Dozen $239.88	A lifelong friendship between local winemaking identities lead to the establishment of one of the Margaret River's most successful estates. The Flametree wineworks are located on the picturesque shores of Geographe Bay, whence some of the new world's finest expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon originate. Flametree can lay claim to retaining some of the Margaret River's finest parcels of fruit, which the devoted winemaking team handcraft into beautiful wines with unique flavours, solid structure and good palate weight. Following the crush and vinification in a selection of fermenters, Flametree is treated to maturation in a combination of new and prior use French oak barrels for twelve months. Approx 14.5%

This creates fantastic richness and concentration of flavours as well as conferring signature rustic savouriness which adds dryness, food friendliness and extra interest to the palate.
