	Each $44.99 Dozen $539.88	Every bottle is handcrafted at Summerfield and bears the family seal of approval, representing a time honoured commitment to perfecting traditional methods of grape growing and of winemaking. Originally planted to Shiraz in the seventies the vineyard borders Taltarni. The earliest harvests were sold to Taltarni, Seppelt, and Chateau Remy (now Blue Pyrenees). When the Australian wine press made mention of the quality of the reds from this boutique Pyrenees winery, the secret was out, the phones rang hot and the Summerfield cellars were emptied in two days. Summerfield's editions are all handmade in small batches to ensure consistency and quality in every bottle. Alcohol 14.5%
	An inky red/purple colour. Aromas of plum and of violets, spice and cedar, leafyness and mint on the nose. The palate fills with beautiful tannins, dark fruits of plums and berries while finishing with great length. A warm and rich well-constructed wine of continuous spicey fruit, noticeable flavour intensity and excellent cellaring potential.
